The high command of the Niger Delta Avengers wishes all Niger Deltans a happy New Year as we admonish the Nigerian Government to brace up for the doom we have finished all arrangement to unleash on the oil sector in a few days time.

This round of attacks will be the most deadly and will be targeting the deep sea operations of the multinationals which include Bonga Platform, Agbami, EA Field, Britania-U Field, Akpo Field; amongst others littered across the deep waters of the Niger Delta region. As for the Egina FPSO, we are advising the operators to let it stay where ever it is right now as we are tracking it's movement. We mean it when we say they (the oil installations) shall dance to the sound of the fury of the Niger Delta Avengers. Good a thing the ocean is wide enough to accommodate as many wreck as possible.

On the 15th of January 2018, being the 62nd historic remembrance day of the 1956 discovery of commercial oil by Shell Darcy in the now forgotten and dejected Oloibiri Community in the Niger Delta; the high command of the ND Avengers summoned a meeting of all our operatives from across the Niger Delta to review the progress of our operations so far and deliberate on the planned actions for the future.

It was agreed in that meeting that the killings and division presently playing out in Nigeria along divergent grounds makes this the perfect time to restructure this country.

While promising a brutal outpour of our wrath, which shall shake the coffers of the failed Nigerian nation, our demand unambiguously is for the government to "RESTRUCTURE THIS COUNTRY".

On the 3rd of November 2017 we promised to reactivate "operation red economy" but as usual some overzealous and over patriotic elders intervened and appealed as they have done twice before then for us to avail them some more time to attend to the demands of the Niger Delta as championed by the Niger Delta Avengers.

That we have not achieved any meaningful results despite the opportunities we have availed the Niger Delta elders means that they are either irresponsible or the Nigerian government is not sincere with them as it is their trade in stock.

Because of the above, we have resolved not to listen to the Niger Delta elders as we unravel our New year package to the failed Nigerian state this time around.

We wish to state in plain terms that anybody against restructuring is an enemy of this country and particularly an enemy of the Niger Delta Avengers; and we shall not rest until such enemies are defeated by the Niger Delta People who earnestly seek to control our own resources.

We want to control our resources and directly use them to better our lot instead of been enslaved and made to beg before crumbs are released in a dress rehearsal-like manner to intervention agencies that are ineffective at addressing our challenges. While 1 Billion Dollars from the excess crude account is been released to fight a Boko Haram in the North; successive government acts blind to the very bold array of challenges our region from which this wealth is generated is facing; as they (the Nigerian Government) derives pleasure in sending their unprofessional and weak military to invade our communities and subject our already sick and suffering people to more hardship and poverty.

Only a few days ago the Nigerian Army released 244 members of the murderous Boko Haram sect to Borno state government while thousands of innocent Niger Delta youths continue to suffer in various prisons across the country for no just cause.

It is on the above premise that we are demanding the immediate release of all Niger Deltans Activists and Freedom Fighters that are held captive by the Nigeria Armed Forces.

The extrajudicial cold blooded murder of Kareowei and 20 members of his gang by the Nigerian Army after deceiving them with Amnesty offer is very unprofessional; yes they were common criminals who brought pain to our own people but going ahead to murder them after reaching an agreement with them and making them to surrendered to the army is a clear pointer to the insincerity of the Nigerian Government at handling issues that concern the Niger Delta; just like the Nigerian Government daily deceive the international community of how professional the multinationals are carrying out their operations and how vast they have developed our lands; when the reverse is actually the case on ground.

Let the Kareowei issue be a lesson to all freedom fighters across the Niger Delta never to fall for the antics of the insincere Nigerian Government; put the fear of death aside and fight till the last drop of blood whenever you are engaged in a gun duel with the Nigeria Army as it is this same path we have chosen to glory. The High Command of the Niger Delta Avengers wishes to bring to the notice of the International Community and the general public that there is no such militant group with the nomenclature, "Reformed Niger Delta Avengers"; it is not operated by any of our operatives but a money making tool in the hands of certain disgruntled Niger Deltan political jobbers in connivance with top government functionaries of the Buhari led Nigerian Government.

The Intelligence Unit of the NDA has gathered from our sources in the Nigerian Government that the operatives of the said Reformed Niger Delta Avengers are some fraudsters from the Niger Delta region working with government functionaries like the office of the Director General of DSS, office of National Security Adviser and office of the Minister of Transport. The chain of Niger Delta fraudsters is which been led by one Richard Akinaka, Myke Loyibo and Famous Daunumugha and a host of others; has vowed to stop at nothing until they help the Nigerian Government to jeopardize the sincere efforts of the Niger Delta People at Economic, Social and Political freedom.

To the elders of the Niger Delta, PANDEF, we warned you against the antics of the Nigerian Government yet you requested a chance to broker a new vision for our people; we told you and the rest of the world that the Nigerian Government is only interested in our oil wells and not our well being yet you told us the signs are different this time around.

Instead of allowing us to continue our quest to bring the Nigerian economy to our targeted zero daily production, which recorded huge success; you threatened us with Tompolo to stop the struggle; out of respect for elders and not to the threat of Tompolo we adhered the call and halted our strike actions hoping you (PANDEF) would keep your own side of the bargain.

The question to Tompolo and the PANDEF is to tell us what progress they achieved since we heeded your retrogressive call, to whose benefit is the move by Tompolo and the Niger Delta elders to impede a mission sanctioned by our ancestors and the Almighty?

Tompolo, we want you to know that we never started this struggled with the intent of living forever but with our lives already offered for a sacrifice for a better Niger Delta. We invite you to come after us with your total force as we are no longer ready to heed uninspiring advise from you or anyone else in the Niger Delta Region.

We have since lost faith in you (Tompolo) and PANDEF and have vowed never to heed any such retrogressive call or advise from you in the future; the recent disruption of the PANDEF 4th National Assembly by the Nigerian Government is the final evidence we needed to conclude that the Federal Government of Nigeria reserves not even a iota of respect for you (Tompolo) and the Niger Delta Elders as the position of the Nigerian Government is made emphatically known to the Niger Delta People that it's ONLY interest remains the flow of oil from our region to the Central Bank of Nigeria. We want to make it known to the PANDEF and the Nigeria government that our call for halt on "Operation Red Economy" is officially over.

Some of us can still remember those good old days in camp 5 when you (Tompolo) were the general of Generals, you told us (the young combatants) then, that "we are the future of the total emancipation of the Niger Delta, that we should also know we are not fighting for ourselves rather we are fighting for the next generation". Sometimes we wonder where that charismatic General of Generals, has gone to. We bet, only you can answer dat question. We still believe in you but we are sorry, like you said 10yrs ago "we are the future of the total emancipation of our people"; and we have since chosen this path and never back out until the total emancipation of our people is achieved.

We have just concluded head count of our operatives across the Country; we are pleased to announce that all our operatives are intact and focused; ready to implement instructions from the High Command of the NDA in the going few days.

To the Nigerian Government, we are aware of Egina FPSO built in South Korea by Samsung to be operated by Total Nigeria is one of the biggest FPSO built in South Korea has started it's voyage to the oil fields of the Niger Delta to further exploit us while our concerns are left unattended. We are presently tracking and monitoring it's movement; and God willing it shall not operate successfully in amidst the return of the fury of the Niger Delta Avengers.

Message to the Oil Companies; Our next line of operation will not be like the 2016 campaign which we operated successfully without any casualties; this outing will be brutish, brutal and bloody, as we are shall crush everything we meet on our path to completely put off the fires that burn to flair gas in our communities and cut every pipe that moves crude away from our region. We can assure you that every oil installation in our region will feel warmth of the wrath of the Niger Delta Avengers.

MESSAGE TO THE NIGER DELTAN CHILD ON CHILDREN’S DAY

Dear Niger Delta Child,

We are inspired to be steadfast in this struggle; knowing that you were born into wealth but lives in abject poverty. The crude from your fathers land feeds Nigeria, yet you can’t boost of a single ration of balanced diet daily. The pipes beneath your feet flows constantly not with clean pipe borne water you yearn for; but rumbling crude oil siphoned to the backyard of your adversary. Your chance to higher education in your region truncated by enemies both within and outside the region. You drink from water from polluted water bodies while the exploiters and polluters of our land drink oxidized bottle waters. Your hopes are high now upon the discovery of the wealth all around but when reality (Maturity) knocks on your door you would understand why we (Niger Delta Avengers) have to rebirth and redefine this struggle.

For the love of our crude and to perpetually enslave us, they forced us into pseudo federalism, which gives all the powers to the federal Government in exploitation of mineral and water resources. A federalism in which the share of our Nigeria Government and actors is affluence and wealth while ours is deprivation, oppression, balkanization and pollution.

Our struggle is simple; if we must remain part of Nigeria, it must be a restructured Nigeria.

We seek to be part of a Nigeria where independent federating units will have control over the resources they produce, from which they will contribute an agreed proportion to the federation. We must restructure this country now to achieve equity and efficiency. That way, there will be a balance of opportunity to exploit what is available in all states instead of robbing Peter (The Niger Delta Region) to pay Paul (The Rest of the Country).

We refuse to identify as Nigerians in its present pseudo federalism that marginalize the people of the Niger Delta region from which the country survives.

The High Command of the Niger Delta Avengers (NDA), felicitate with all fighters and commands for job well done in 2016 and welcome us all to the year 2017! We earnestly praise the people of the Niger Delta for your prayers and support to the liberation movement. We thank the local and international press community for telling our story.

As we get prepared for the challenges ahead 2017, We make bold to tell the people of our Niger Delta, sane minds in Nigeria and the comity of nations that the remaining 11 months and couples of weeks in 2017 will be filled with surprises and a reconfiguration of the struggle for the liberation of our motherland.

Since, the declaration of cessation of hostilities in the region by all fighters and affiliates, it has been evidently clear that the Nigerian state is not ready for any form of dialogue and negotiation with our people to addressing the issues sustaining the unending sufferings and deprivation of the people of the Niger Delta. The world is aware that, after listening to calls from our Royal Fathers, Community Leaders, Stakeholders and members of the comity of nations especially the governments of the United States of America, Great Britain and the European Union, we halted all actions.

This prospect for hope for a genuine dialogue and negotiations have been dashed and rejected. The world knows that PANDEF as team of critical stakeholders was mandated to engender a genuine dialogue and negotiations process that will be made of apolitical committed Niger Deltans to engage with the government and people of Nigeria, representatives of the International Oil Corporations and neutral observers. But this government decides to go around to politicising and blackmailing the process to forestall any genuine dialogue and negotiations.

The world should be assured that, our next line of actions to redeem Operations Red Economy will be unannounced with surely overwhelming signatures to this government and humanity. The world is aware that, the government of Nigeria has ear problems but we never knew that it has taken a detoriating deaf level dimensions. It is only through hard knocks we can speak to the Nigerian government henceforth.

It is our believes that, the 2017 national budget of the federal republic of Nigeria is not based on the crude oil production output from the Niger Delta but it is based on the newly found oil deposits in the North and the new pipelines construction from the Niger Republic. At about 11.45pm November 15, 2016, our Elite Strike Team 03 struck Nembe 1, 2 and 3 truck line operated by Agip, Oando and Shell with supply capacity of 300,000 barrel per day to Bonny export terminal in Bayelsa State. This is in response to the so-called " Operations Sharkbite" an art of terrorism commissioned by the tyranny of the Nigerian Navy establishment and orchestrated by some elements of the ruling political class to continuously undermine any effort by the Nigerian state to addressing the legitimate demands of the people of the Niger Delta and as well a conspiracy to bloat the accounts of some security contractors and conflict merchants within the party structure of the APC.

We are only reiterating our strong resolve that, time is running against the Nigerian government, that there is doom ahead. The Nigerian government need our cooperation more than we need the government as it concerns the extraction of the crude oil and hydrocarbon resources in our God-given land. We are determined to continue this war by all means necessary, until that environment prevails for a genuine dialogue and negotiations within the framework of the sixteen point key demands presented to President Muhammadu Buhari by PANDEF on the 1st of November 2016.

We want the peace with honour, we don't want the Peace of Our Time. Since that moment military was drafted into the Niger Delta as an instrument of suppression to our fatherland against all peaceful protest and legitimate demands the fear had gone. The message is getting stronger with more messengers.

DON'T BLAME NDA

We all know that Peace is not the absence of war. Sincerely speaking, the High Command of the Niger Delta Avengers cannot be blamed for the continuous bombing of crude oil export pipelines and other oil installations, since the Government has been relentlessly carrying out military build ups to continuously harass communities and indigenes of the Niger Delta after the November 1st meeting of the PANDEF and President Muhammadu Buhari. We see this as a deliberate move by the military establishment to undermine any effort of dialogue and negotiations with the people of the Niger Delta.

The path to sustain the cessation of hostilities in the region among fighters and structures cannot be achieved overnight, when there are clear cases of deliberate security surge by the Nigerian government. We ask for understanding on the side of the PANDEF and the general public. The High Command of the NDA is only reacting to government’s deliberate attempts to undermine the process to dialogue and negotiations. It will make a lot of sense on the part of the government of president Muhammadu Buhari to restrain the security agents/agencies from engaging in activities that are inimical to the process, the people and communities of the Niger Delta. There was high hope and expectations from the people of the Niger Delta after the November 1st meeting between PANDEF and President Muhammadu Buhari for a genuine dialogue and negotiations process to kick-start. Instead the government's security establishment is busy building up clogs to the process that will place our people at position of weakness which is unacceptable to us and so, there is bound to be equal reaction.

The idea of communicating with our fathers, leaders and royal fathers under the leadership of Papa Edwin Kiagbodo Clark’s PANDEF before acting will only amount to mere propaganda while the head is being cut off. We believed that our fathers, leaders and royal fathers are ready to meet the government of Nigeria with representatives of IOCs and the neutral observers but not with guns, warships and jet fighters terrorizing their communities which of course is one of the sixteen points key demands presented to Mr. President, So the government should stop the ostrich game.

We did not start this struggle for the sake of bearing arms against the Nigeria state; it is a reaction to many years of orchestrated state economic and constitutional colonialism against a region and its people over six decades. Until the burning issues of resources control, fiscal federalism and inclusive development are addressed no force will stop this struggle even with bare hands. The government of Nigeria is running against time by undermining the resolve of the Niger Delta. The government needs the Niger Delta more than we need the government.

A careful analysis of the directive by general Muhammadu Buhari, to the security agencies to identify militant leaders and their camps shows that, the man do not have any sense of history and apology for the roles he played in the killing of innocent civilians and Ken Saro Wiwa in Ogoni that were carrying out a peaceful protest in 1995. President Muhammadu Buhari should think before he act on this his fifth journey into national affairs. Those obnoxious strategies like Choke Points, Operations Delta Safe, Operations Crocodiles Smiles etc, are doomed to fail like Operations Hakuri II, he engineered and administered under general Sani Abacha. Even the security hierarchy is also sympathizing with his inhuman dispositions to the Niger Delta question. That is more of the reasons the High Command of the DNA has given the clear directive to all field officers to avoid confrontation with security agencies in their line of duty.

The everyday deployment of military hardwares, houseboat, personnel etc is a dilemma of government insensitivity and incapacity to the legitimate demands by the Niger Delta people since 1994 under general Sani Abacha.

The Niger Delta struggle is the people's project. So, the more groups that are involved the more the festivity. There will be no cold war with any group and groupings no matter the circumstances of their emergence and their modus operandi.

OUR VIEW AFTER THE PEACE TALK.

The Niger Delta Elders and leaders under the leadership of Papa (Dr) Senator Edwin Kiagbodo Clark Pan Niger Delta Elders and stakeholders Forum deserves Kudos by all well meaning Nigerians for presenting such minimal demands before the government of Nigeria to pacify a people and region that has being continuously raped and dehumanized since 1914, because the Golden Egg she lays is the commonwealth of the nation.

These demands will lead the roadmap to engender desired peaceful atmosphere that Nigerian state so need if there is sincerity. The days of buying peace through unpatriotic Niger Deltan like the Rotimi Amaechis, Ayirimi Emamis, Timipre Sylvas to extract our resources are gone for good. Since the day crude oil and gas resources was discovered for the past 60 years, we are only asking for portable water, electricity, affordable healthcare, quality education etc; until 1994, when our people were visited by state sponsored military terror by the regime of General Sani Abacha, a regime President Muhammadu Buhari served as one of his henchmen and chaired the Petroleum Trust Fund.

Our Elders, Traditional Rulers and stakeholders have spoken. They have placed the minimal legitimate demands of the Niger Delta region before the Nigerian government. The prospects of regaining the trust of the people by talking down on the people or using the instruments of force by the state are gone. This is the 21st century Niger Delta; we gave the Nigerian state and her International Oil Corporations freedom, peaceful atmosphere overtime but was betrayed. We are not deterred by President Muhammadu Buhari mulling over continuous military operation and so-called funny and odd doctrines like military choke points, Operations Delta Safe and talking ignorantly like a medieval kings by asking people to leave Nigeria if they wish.

We the people of the Niger Delta do not expect a different attitude/personality from General Muhammadu Buhari, this nation has being feeding and sustaining from the resources of the Niger Delta since his dangerous entry into national affairs which started 1976 despite his bigotry and inconsistencies. His date with history has just started. Since 1994 when he and his colleagues advised their boss, general Sani Abacha to draft the military into Ogoni land, it has not been the same again. Despite the state orchestrated and sponsored killing fields, from the Ogoni-Nines (Kenule Saro Wiwa) to Kaiama, Odi, Okerenkoko etc, all to sustain the free flow of crude oil from our fatherland, but nothing can stop our resolve to achieve our legitimate struggle, we are only waxing stronger, more determined and mastering the battlefields, while the Nigerian governments will continue to lose the war.

It is high time president Muhammadu Buhari, employ capable brains that will manage his body language and government positively before it degenerates to a psychopathic regime. At his age he can decide to stop listening to those Rotimi Amaechis, Timpre Sylvas and Adams Oshiomoles etc that bankrolled his journey to power with stolen wealth from our states that he has adequately shielded against justice as compensation. Any leader that is ready to govern his people must have political education. Else, he is a criminal. You cannot treat the Niger Delta with disdain while you treat your brothers that are terrorists and mere kidnappers (Boko Haram) like kings and queens by committing the International RedCross and Red Crescent Movement from Geneva to witness your transactions with them, before releasing their hostages to you.

Our fathers and elders have done the needful we are not disappointed. The issues they raised bring to the fore the mistakes of the Nigerian federalism that have sustained the perennial struggle for restoration of our land. The demands are the minimal legitimate roadmap to setting up the framework to achieving the short, medium and long objective for the restoration of tranquillity and development of the region. Some are issues that need affirmative actions, the immediate take off of academic activities for the Nigerian Maritime University (NMU) Okerenkoko for the 2016/17 academic sessions, withdrawing all occupational security agencies and agents in the Niger Delta. The Nigerian state genuinely need the cooperation of our people to sustain the flow of the abundant crude oil and gas resources in our land to quench her appetite of developing other sections of the country without regards to the Niger Delta, the people and the environment.

There are no problems among groups in the agitation; we may have challenges of speaking in one voice. When the trumpet blows, we will go the biblical way of "separating the Wheat from the Tares" (Matthew 13:24-30). We know that, there are some elements and by-products of conflicts merchants from the Niger Delta working with some sold and bought up interests against the peace and development of the Niger Delta that works closely with those, President Muhammadu Buhari abdicated governing of Nigeria to since, May 2015, that are deplorably misusing his trust.

The path to peace and conflicts resolutions is always not a straight jackpot. The idea of bundling through bills like North East/West Development Commission is fraud, hypocrisy and bigotry by President Muhammadu Buhari.

President Muhammadu Buhari should think like a leader with the advantage of his age to see the genuine and legitimate agitation with the right attitude to pacify our people. We have been raped for too long, general Muhammadu Buhari should face the reality of the Niger Delta question. He can stop listening to ideas and advice of the agitation as political system support structure that his tribal warlords and conflict merchants have hypnotized him to believe as the face of the Niger Delta struggle.

Niger Delta is part of Nigeria federation that he governs, since he is the president, he will always need the cooperation of our people to share or allocate our resources to other component units. The daylight robbery and allocation of proceeds of our natural resources must stop. When he was the chairman of Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF), as general Sani Abacha henchman he exhibited this bigotry by focusing attention to his region, which he never pretend about by emphasizing 97% Versus 5% development and appointment structure that he has exhibited again in his fifth coming as national affairs. He never pretend to be ethnic and religious bigot; the only things he pretends about are his roles in the underdevelopment of the Niger Delta and Nigeria in the over three decades he has being in government - 1976, 1978, 1983/4, 1993/98 and now.

We want to control our resources and pay appropriate taxation to the central government that is fiscal federalism in practice and in principles. The government, representatives of the Multinational Oil Corporations, neutral international observers and elders as well as stakeholders should guide themselves with the following documents: the Sir Henry Willinks Commission Report of 1958, The Ogoni Bill of Rights, The Kaiama Declaration document of the Ijaw Youth Council, The General Alexander Ogomudia Committee Report, The Niger Delta Technical Committee Report which contains the Pre- amnesty issues and agreement with the government of Nigeria in 2009. Then, the framework can be drawn for achieving the short, medium and long term objectives toward the restoration of our land and reparation for the people that have been raped and colonized since 1914.

No amount of military action and surge will stop us from halting the flow of the oil from our land to sustain Nigeria. This is our land that we are the masters of its battlefields. We have warned earlier that we want the " Peace with honour, no more peace of our time". Any meeting with this government should be seen as driving a combustible vehicle laden with fire to safety; it must be driven with carefulness.

During the Passing Out Parade (POP) of the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) 63rd Regular Course; where you personally issued misleading statements and threats of decisive military action- if necessary to deal with Niger Delta agitation because you have purportedly opened up channels of talks through security agencies/agents and the Multinational Corporations. Mr. President do democratically elected governments open channels for talks in situations like we have in the Niger Delta through security agencies/agents or you are assuming the Niger Delta as a conquered colony in your 1984 Era?

Mr President, you continue to emphasize on the charade you called " the flagged off process to the clean up of Ogoni land" as part of your government's program to salvage the ravaged environment. We are disturbed with the type of rhetoric and politics you are degenerating your age and authority as president of federal republic of Nigeria on issues concerning Niger Delta since you came into office. You continue to live in pretence and blind to the history of the Niger Delta agitation because of some psychopaths around and advising you... as far as you are concerned, You are as white as the snow! But do I recalled that you were once a military governor, a minister of petroleum, military head of state and chairman Petroleum Trust Fund and general Sani Abacha's henchman (the most corrupt dictator in the history of Africa) .

To say the least, your hands are soiled deep in the blood of Kenule Saro Wiwa (the Ogoni nines), events leading up to the pollution of Ogoni land that you are politicizing the clean up process. Wait a moment, how come your government is glorifying a charade called Ogoni clean up while you were a major player in that crime! Their death is due to negligence, administrative greed and a corruption within the military constructed and perfected by the ascendant APC political class (conflict merchants we have mentioned times without numbers) from the Niger Delta and some Abuja paid and bought up interest. Mr. President, the worrisome dimensions about the ongoing reorganization and restructuring of the unending security operations in the Niger Delta is where two of your head of security apparatus are boasting to the minister of defense that, they have your hears. They assured him, it is now their turn to bloat their pockets and that they can talk you to even borrowing money to sustain the insecurity in the region, which the honourable minister of defense concurred to before the ongoing exercises.

We have earlier advised against timing, strategy and objectives of the show of military might and the deployment of military hardwares to the Niger Delta suddenly when there is certainly cessation of hostilities for peace talks to commence. But the top hierarchy of the Nigerian military led by Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai, your Chief Of Army Staff was only after his pecuniary monetary gains and that of some Akpakpa- AJUDAIBO CHAMPAGNE intelligence chief who is desperately arm-twisting the peace processes continuously. The advice is that all lives matters! Why are you in a hurry to train over two thousand military personnel for just 4 to 14 days on amphibious military exercise to occupy the Niger Delta region when the Niger Elders and stakeholders are awaiting your response for peace talks? Have you forgotten the exploits of our great fathers during the infamous Nigerian Civil War in amphibious warfare without any military training? Is it because they were volunteers as such the success was credited to Late Lt. Col. Benjamin Adekunle and Lt. Col Olusegun Obasanjo instead of them? Mr. President as a veteran of that fateful war, you know that after all failures, the amphibious warfare and successes was under the command of Lt. Gen. Isaac Jasper Adaka Boro of blessed memories, the pride and face of the 3rd Marine Commandos (3MCDOS) constituted of able-bodied Ijaw warriors voluntarily. They were not given any formal military training prior to that great contribution to the unity of Nigeria, but they succeeded because there were amphibious by nature.

Mr. President, the truth be told, we are the "GREAT WHITE SHARKS" of the Atlantic when it come to marine warfare! "Operation Crocodile Smiles" is ironically, a simulative military operation cum exercise for waters less than 2 fathoms in depth orchestrated by the top hierarchy of the military to undermine any genuine disposition from your government towards restoration of tranquility in the Niger Delta and to exhaust your security budget for the year, except you are thinking otherwise towards peace in the Niger Delta too.

We the Ijaws and the people of the Niger Delta occurred here times immemorial. We have resisted, any attempt of exclusions in the control of our God Given Resources, from the Portuguese and British colonial trades and periods to date. We are ever ready to continue that resistance even without guns and ammunitions.

Finally, Mr. President, we want you to commission a high powered panel to investigate all processes that led to the ongoing military operation and exercise in the Niger Delta tagged "Operation Crocodile Smiles” and all the ongoing cover-ups of military mishaps that have led to more than twenty (20) deaths so far. Mr. President, in practical terms Crocodiles do not have any capacity to swim close to the water depth small tiger sharks swim and play around not to talk of the depths of the great whites, the heart of the nation's economic where we have overmastered. The mission ongoing in the Niger Delta is a brainchild of orchestrated military corruption at your face Mr. President. Operation Crocodile Smiles is nothing but a conduit pipe for military contracts, political profiteerism and patronages designed for the stress of your administration’s scarce resources. Since the start of " Operation Red Economy" our forces did not fire one shot until we have achieved this great success of crippling crude oil productions in the Niger Delta to about 800,000 barrels per day. Those gangs members paraded as killers of troops of ODS are well known followers of Mr Africa Ukparasai and Mr Timipre Silva, that were purposefully armed by the APC during the governorship elections of Bayelsa state... Most of the frameworks and objectives are clearly stated in various reports, declarations and recommendations of the likes of the Sir.Henry Willinks minority rights reports of pre-independence Nigeria (1957-8), The Kaiama Declaration document, The General Alexander Ogomudia report, The Leedum Mittee headed, Niger Delta Technical Committee report and restructuring to fiscal federalism.

We have resolved to reject any idea of the peace of our times; we want the peace with honor this time around! Our advice to our Niger Delta elders and genuine stakeholders is that, whenever this inhuman project called Nigeria and her government is ready for dialogue/negotiations with them, this mandate should be treated with that care as driving a vehicle like that of a truck laden with fire.

But the more they try the more they run into crisis with their employed sleeper agents. Stanley Tonghan and Felix Miyenminiye that were arrested and paraded by the Nigeria Navy Delta are few of the sleeper agents working for Nigeria Military in conjunction with one Ayiri Emani and Michael Johnny. The Suspects (Tonghan and Felix Miyenminiye) was paid 5 Million Naira to give Nigeria military intelligent on the activities of NDA. On failing to delivery the suspects were arrested and tagged NDA members. What a shame?

Stanley Tonghan and Felix Miyenminiye are not member of NDA we don’t know or have any connection with them. The Navy Commanding Office NNS Delta, Warri(Commodore Joseph Dzunve) is trying to impress his Boss in Abuja but arresting sleeper agents recruited by his predecessor. Any criminal arrested is now an NDA member. Since we (NDA) started the struggle none of our operatives has been arrested. All those in detention in the name of NDA are not part of NDA the world should know this.

Nigeria military have not seen embarrassment. NDA will keep embarrassing you because the only thing you are good at doing in the Niger Delta region is arrest and killing of innocent citizens of the Niger Delta in the name of looking for NDA and illegal bunkering. If the Nigeria military is serious about arresting NDA let them come to the creeks of the Niger Delta, that is where we dwell not the city. If I (Brig.Gen Moduch Agbinibo) was the Commanding Officer NNS Delta (Commodore Joseph Dzunve) and commander of the so-called Operation Delta Safe (Rear Admiral Joseph Okojie), I would have been in the creeks instead of sitting at the comfort of my air-conditioned office.

To the elders of the Niger Delta, hope it clear to you our elders that the Buhari led government is not unreliable, unreasonable, unresponsible and not ready to dialogue. Can you tell the world the government official you been dialoguing with? Is it the President? Or is their any committee that is set up for it? We respect you our elders, as such stop behaving, as the Niger Delta is a seized region and stop acting like you begging the government for dialogue. The worse the government will do is to bombard our villages and towns in the name of looking for NDA. So our elders should trend carefully with the Nigeria government.

The reason behind military harassment of towns and villages in the Niger Delta is because NDA have not confronted the Nigeria military in battle. We are not scared in confronting you. The creeks of the Niger Delta belong to us so defeating the Nigeria military is not hard for us. We have made it clear in many occasions that our business is to cripple the Nigeria economy not to kill military. The Nigeria military should not we (NDA) avoiding them is a sign of weakness.

The thinking to lure the public to another lie of spirit in the Niger Delta Avengers is only the ways of a government agents and agencies with delusional disorder. We are not like the present Nigeria government, military and security agencies that have thrown intelligence to the dustbin and are being pushed around by dirty moral and egos of political thugs, criminals and illegal crude oil bunkerers like Boyloaf, Timipre Silva, Ayiri Emami, and their main collaborator Mr. Lawal Daura (DG DSS). It is quite unfortunate that, Cynthia Whyte and Jomo Gbomo of defunct Joint Revolutionary Council and MEND respectively are the spokesperson of the Nigerian intelligentsia community because of some political interest and a government that have abdicated powers to clansmen and tribal lords.

The fact checks about Cynthia Whyte AKA George Karley and his sponsors should be laid bare before the public now that the Nigerian security and intelligent community has turned the Niger Delta genuine struggle to a tool of political patronage and money making machine for miscreants and conflict merchants. The name Cynthai Whyte was the negotiation organ for Mr. Victor Ebikabowei Ben (Boyloaf), Former governor Timipre Silva and Sele Ebikabowei for settlements in kidnappings, bank robberies, illegal crude oil bunkering and dirty jobs for government. Like sending of Sele Ebikabowei to South Africa to testify against Henry Okah, back at home against Charles Okah and Edmund Ebiwari after collecting huge bribes. So we are not surprised for this so-called MEND speaking under Victor Ebikabowei Ben (Boyloaf) to introduce his complete house to collect more patronages in their desperation.

Conclusively, it tis the house of the Nigeria security and intelligentstia community that is having splits and giving room to miscreants to be speaking for them as president Muhammadu Buhari abdicate governance to his kinsmen and tribal lords. We warned the world and Nigerians earlier, especially the Barr. Odein Ajumogobias, the Judith Asunis and HRM, Majesty King Alfred Diette Spiffs to think before they leap with characters using a compromised platform called MEND that is sold and bought up by special interests of the Nigerian Security agencies that are working for this APC government of lies and deceits.

The Nigeria press community should not misquote the NDA on our statement on the Nigeria military killing innocent civilians in Arepo, Ogun State.

The High command of the NDA only bemoaned and condemns the reckless war game that the military is embarking upon with the lives and property of defenseless law abiding citizens in those communities while the criminals have fled the area. We should not be linked to activities of criminals and illegal bunkering going on in any part of the country that the Nigeria security agencies are the main benefactors and collaborators.

The military should not use such contrived video clips to justify their killings and destruction of property of defenseless citizens in Ogun State. That we cannot be intimidated by these video clips of propaganda and drones.

The press and the general public should not quote us out of context; we only expressed our concern on the bombing by the government. When the criminals have already fled the crime scene. Which amount to the death of innocent citizens in Arepo. So the military should stop justification of extra judicial killings. That is our position.

The Nigeria Military is playing some war game on some illegal bunkering camps and showing video of how they carry out the bombardment. That is so unprofessional don’t think they can intimidate the NDA with those scarp jet bombers. They can deploy fourth generation jet-bombers that will not stop us from fighting for our people.

We challenge the military to share with the public the militants killed in the so-called sir strike. We are very sure they won’t share the images of militants killed because non was killed except innocent women and children.

What we are saying is the country should be restructured. The call for restructuring of Nigeria has gone beyond the NDA. The only group of persons against the restructuring is the Villa. The federal government should just listen tot the voice of the citizens instead of playing the deaf ear game.

The NDA intelligence agency gathered that the said peace talk or dialogue by the federal government is a delay tactic employed by the federal government, to enable their purchased drones that are said to arrive latest end of August from the United State.

This whole thing makes us to wonder what kind of country is this? We can all see that President Buhari led government is fraud. They are not serious about any dialogue and made it seems the Niger Delta Avengers are the ones not ready for dialogue.

Mr. President you can purchase all the drones in Europe and Untied State. It won’t stop the Niger Delta Avengers from bringing the country’s economy to zero.
The worse you can do is to kill poor innocent people which the military is good at but know the Nigeria Economy will suffer. Also noted, you will not be able to export one litre of crude in the Niger Delta. Just intensify the oil exploration in the North East as for the ones in the Niger Delta forget about it because the Nigeria government won’t export a drop from our land.

From media reports, it is clear Commodore Joseph Dzunve the Commanding officer NNS Delta has lost his sense of Professionalism, how are those innocent boys connected to NDA . We don’t know Prince David and Felix Ebiador they are not part of us. All NDA operatives are intact. No security operative has arrested any of our members.

What the commanding office NNS delta commodore is doing is to please his boss that he is working. Must he connect innocent people to us? Very soon the general public will know the truth about Nigeria Military especially Nigeria Navy that specializes in illegal oil bunkering.

Stop arresting innocent people in the name of looking for NDA operatives. It’s obvious that Nigeria Navy is incapable of policing the Nigerian maritime space. Even the Chief Naval Staff (CNS), Vice Admiral, Ibok-Ete Ibas, made it clear while briefing the Senate that Nigeria Navy is unequipped to match the Niger Delta Avengers. So how can well-trained NDA Members bring themselves so low to be arrested by those criminal elements (Nigeria Navy)? They should follow the path of honor and morality by telling their Commander in Chief the truth instead of arresting innocent civil tagging them as nda operatives. The days of wire and battery are over we are far advance in gorilla warfare.

We are warning everybody for the last time stop associating Tomopolo to us. He is our enemy as the Nigeria government and those innocent boys paraded as NDA operatives are not part of us.

From intelligent gather by NDA agency, there are other people send out by Nigeria government to sabotage the genuine struggle of liberating the Niger Delta people. The government knows those people. The so-called saboteurs take part in pipeline bombing by using some members of defunct MEND.

With an open confession by the criminals that they are paid to saboteur the Niger Delta struggle. Yet, the DSS is shielding these fed criminals because they working against the interest of the Niger Delta people. The NDA have not shared any blood neither partakes in sea piracy, Hostage taking that is not our style.

The government should heed to our demand of self-determination. Mr. President everybody is tired of this thing called Nigeria. The ship call Nigeria is grounded right now and you are so confuse. You lied to your foreign allies, your citizens on daily bases. Mr. President, you even lie to yourself.

Even if we are going to dialogue, it will be in the present of international community.
