Welcome to Niger Delta Avengers

Saturday, June 18, 2016

CRIMINALS SHOULD STAY OFF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE NDA.

The high command of the Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) condemn in strong term the continuous efforts of Mr Ebikabowei Ben (Boyloaf), Ayiri Emami, Timipre Silva, Adams Oshiomhole and their paymasters to link and catch-in our activities to promote their political MEND that has purportedly named a team to negotiate with the Federal government. We are not however surprised by the resurrection of the defunct MEND by these personalities because these are groups of settled Ex-fighters that they have been arming, regrouping and rebranding over the years. The people of the Niger delta knows that the likes of Timipre Silva, Boyloaf and Ayiri Emami are professional conflict merchants in the region, the only surprised entry is the outgoing Governor of Edo state Adams oshiomhole which reason is not far fetch as such he want some assistance and machineries from the criminal elements of the defunct MEND.

We are making the last appeal and warning to this so-called MEND to excuse the NDA from their criminal ways and gangs ups. Nobody can ambush the struggle, the world knows that Boyloaf and his group of bank robbers have been settled since 2009 of which he is still collecting stipends for ghost names in the presidential Amnesty program (PAP). Please Mr. Victor Ben (Boyloaf) if you and your criminals want to resurrect the defunct MEND and negotiate with the Government that is your business but stop using ghost names to collect money from the Presidential Amnesty program. That is our only advise and remember we know all your activities.

We once again, restate that we are not going to be part of any dialogue and peace that will achieve only “The peace of our time” what the NDA want is Peace with honour which will enter the genuine framework in setting up the short , medium and long term action plan to the restoration of the essence of quality human life in the Niger Delta.

This is to inform the general public, interested parties and oil & gas stakeholders that on Thursday the 16th day of June 2016, in the Ecowas Community Court of Justice, Suit No: ECW/CCJ/APP/20/15, holden at Abuja, on the commencement of hearings after pleadings have been concluded by learned counsels on both sides of the Plaintiffs and Defendant since the suit was instituted just over a year ago. This landmark case is between the Plaintiffs, Mr. Nosa Ehanire-Osaghae, Mr. Jonah Gbemre, Mr. Aiko Obobaifo and Mr. Daniel Ikponmwosa, suing on behalf of the Niger Delta People and the Defendant, the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Our expectation is for the Defendant to take plea for the court to hear witnesses on both the Plaintiffs and Defendants sides. That we are set to go on with the matter until the determination of the case.

That the Ecowas Court is a noteworthy International Court for the common man of West Africa, and that at the end of this landmark case, the Honorable Court will grant the orders we sought in prayers. Namely:

      1. That the Federal Republic of Nigeria has violated the fundamental human rights of Niger Deltans by depriving them of their God given oil blocks vis-à-vis natural resources which they allocated to foreign oil companies and non-indigenes from other parts of the country at their own expense and impoverishment.

      2. That the Federal Republic of Nigeria has violated the fundamental human rights of Niger Deltans to life and a healthy environment by the hazardous flaring of gas in their host communities unabated for the last 30 years, which has resulted in many health casualties, fatalities and untimely deaths without adequate reliefs and compensations.

      3. That the Federal Republic of Nigeria should put a stop to all acquiring, renewal, award, allocation, transfer, prospecting, buying and selling of oil blocks and their assets until the hearing and determination of substantive matter.

      4. That the Federal Republic of Nigeria should re-allocate the ownership of all onshore and offshore oil blocs in the Niger Delta region back to the indigenous oil communities forthwith in accordance with its United Nations and African Union treaty obligations and statutory international law.

      5. That the Federal Republic of Nigeria should immediately pay remedial environmental damages to the United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP) in order for them to speedily facilitate the total remediation of the oil polluted farming lands and fishing waters in Niger Delta region to the tune of $30 billion. For the excess of 9 million barrels of spilt crude oil in the Niger Delta region and for the hazardous gas flaring over the last fifty years of oil exploration and exploitation in the Niger Delta.

      6. That the Federal Republic of Nigeria, should not impede and mitigate but rather assist and facilitate an enabling environment for the people of Niger Delta to conduct a peaceful and democratic Referendum to exercise their inalienable Right to Self Determination as enshrined in the United Nations and African Union treaties which it ratified and is signatory bound in accordance with the statutes of international law.

ANY OTHER ORDER OR FURTHER ORDERS that this Honourable Court may deem fit to make in the circumstances of this case.

  19. Press Release

INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF BIAFRA SUPPORT OUR KITH & KIN - THE NIGER DELTA AVENGERS

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu hereby state that we support our kith and kin – the Niger Delta Avengers (NDA), who are fighting for the freedom of our people from the enslaving Islamic Republic of Nigerian Government. We want to place it on record that IPOB under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has no connection with some groups who are claiming on the pages of Nigerian newspapers that they do not support our fellow freedom fighters – the NDA.
We make reference to a particular group which is a well-known turncoat and their leader who has been bribed with oil blocks allocations in the oil-rich areas of Biafraland. This same compromised group is known to have started the ugly incidence of kidnapping in Biafraland and their members often used as thugs and hired killers for politicians in Nigeria.

The NDA have consistently stated that the release of IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a precondition for any discussion with Nigeria. Unfortunately and disgracefully, the incompetent and intellectually challenged Nigerian Government has swept this demand under the carpet while magnifying the notion of amnesty payments and resource control as reasons for the NDA‘s actions. For the avoidance of doubt, the NDA is fighting for the freedom of the people of Biafra and not for amnesty payment or for resource control as some commentators would like to believe. When Biafra is finally liberated from the bondage called Nigeria, resources shall be controlled by the owners of the land where those resources are located. The perennially incompetent Nigerian Government should stop deceiving the entire world into believing that what the freedom fighters of NDA are demanding is resource control.

Amnesty is associated with criminality and a people who are fighting for their freedom should not be unjustly termed criminals. The notion and talk of amnesty for our own freedom fighters (the NDA) is a misnomer and should be taken out of any discourse. On the contrary, amnesty should be granted to the Nigerian Government especially to those from the criminal class masquerading as elites who unjustly appropriated oil & gas wells and other resources in Biafraland to themselves and their cohorts to the detriment of the masses. These robbers should be associated with amnesty for their economic criminality not the NDA.

As far as IPOB and the generality of Biafrans are concerned, the NDA is doing the right thing by demanding the freedom our people from the perpetually repressive Nigerian state. Unlike some groups pretending to be Biafran freedom fighters, the NDA and IPOB have a common ideology and objective which is the absolute liberation of the nation of Biafra from the British-contraption created by an alien called Frederick Lugard who is not even a black African. It defies logic to think that a white man can come all the way from Britain to create and name a country in already inhabited Africa for black people,

Ironically, most of the leaders of the compromized groups are speaking against the great work that the NDA are doing. These shameless scavenging Hausa-Fulani sponsored slaves in Biafraland have placed the needs of their stomach and their families above the overall national interest of the liberation of their people who are under the enslavement of the Nigerian Government in concert with the British Government who have never supported the liberation of any christian country in the world. The leaders of these obviously compromised groups have gone into hotel business, real estate industry, oil & gas extraction business and other profit-generating endeavours and have for long abandoned the quest for the freedom of the people of Biafra.

    ReplyDelete
  20. It is not a surprise therefore that these compromized groups have now come out to distance themselves from the genuine efforts of the NDA that is aimed at fulfilling the yearning and expectations of every Biafran. We reiterate that IPOB is totally and absolutely in support of the NDA as they march towards the unconditional liberation of our people from the evil grip of Nigerian Government. We plead with the NDA not to be discouraged by the comments and antics of these so-called leaders of these compromized groups and some other charlatans who parade themselves as freedom fighters. The NDA should know that the only ally they have now is IPOB under the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu.

IPOB is warning the extremist Nigerian Government of Buhari that should they invade any part of Biafraland, as intelligence indicate they are planning to, then IPOB will order every youth in Biafraland to join NDA to defend Biafraland. Muhammadu Buhari and his gangs massacred Biafrans in their millions at Owerri in 1968 but Biafrans will never allow such atrocity to be repeated on Biafraland ever again. We shall fight to the last man standing because Biafra is our life and the restoration of the nation of Biafra is a task that must be achieved.

IPOB wholeheartedly support the NDA as they work diligently and heroically towards the liberation of all parts of Biafraland from the Lugard created abomination called Nigeria.

    Signed
    Barrister Emma Nmezu
    Dr. Clifford Chukwuemeka Iroanya
    Spokespersons for IPOB

  28. It is unfortunate for MR EBIKABOWEI BEN (BOYLOAF), AYIRI EMAMI, TIMIPRE SILVA, ADAMS OSHIOMHOLE, KACHIKWU and all cowards of the NIGER DELTA to be used as TRAITORS AND SABOTEURS.
Is it the money from GROUNDNUT, TOMATOE, ONION OR COCOA that your NORTHERN/APC paymasters are promising you. The NORTH is baiting you with the crude oil money they have stolen from your land, the NIGER DELTA. How come them the slaves(NORTHERNERS) have become the masters? Because they (northerners) have access to and control the oil and gas wealth of the Niger Delta
Why is TOMPOLO hiding? MEND has suddenly become a tool of APC to serve the NORTHERNCONSPIRACY?
To Kachikwu it is better for you to resign than to be used to sabotage NIGER DELTA AVENGERS. Please tell BUHARI your master to commence restructuring of Nigeria and hands off the NIGER DELTA OIL, simple!
To the so-called EX-MILITANTS/CRIMINALS the earlier you join this GREAT MISSION to POSSESS OUR POSSESSION the better for you. I see a bright future for the Niger Delta people, where we shall have floating cities in the waters, clean and astonishing creeks after we take control of the wealth of our land.
LET ALL JOIN HANDS WITH NIGER DELTA AVENGERS to realize the RESTRUCTURING, RE-ENGINEERING & RE-CONSTRUCTION of NIGERIA that would LIBERATE NIGER DELTA and give her people full access to the marine, oil and gas wealth of the land.

AVENGERS has taken up the most difficult part of this MISSION and as such we all MUST take up the other aspects such as SENSITIZATION, MOBILIZATION, PUBLICITY, FUNDING etc., to bring this MISSION to a successful logical conclusion - LIBERATION OF THE NIGER DELTA cum NIGERIA.
IT'S TIME FOR NIGER DELTA TO WAKE UP FROM THE SLUMBER OF SELFISHNESS, NAIVITY AND COWARDICE!!!

Every region of this country is very blessed. Look at recent development with the issue of tomatoes, it simply shows that every region of the country has potential and capacity. THE NORTHERNERS VALUE THEIR COWS MORE THAN HUMANS, and yet they think they can continue to use instrument of government to continue to oppress the NIGER DELTA people because of the oil wealth
The NORTHERNCONSPIRACY of FEDERAL SYSTEM is what is responsible for the myriads of problems in NIGERIA.
NIGERIANS are hardworking and creative people and this potential can only be realized with the RESTRUCTURING OF NIGERIA FOR TRUE FISCAL FEDERALISM AND RESOURCE CONTROL. Every Nigerian will be engaged and jobs will become available when NIGERIA IS RESTRUCTURED.
ENOUGH of the INJUSTICE THAT HAVE BEEN meted on the NIGER DELTA PEOPLE. LET ALL SUPPORT NIGER DELTA AVENGERS AND STAND FOR WHAT IS RIGHT FOR NIGERIA TO MOVE FORWARD

  45. MUHAMMADU BUHARI appoints IBRAHIM KPOTUN IDRIS as Inspector-General of Police. NIGERIA is on a lock down by NORTHERNCONSPIRACY right before our eyes. From Customs, Prisons, Military, Judiciary, etc, Buhari has strategically positioned NORTHERNERS to deepen their stronghold on the instrument of governance of Nigeria. Decisions and information will be taken and flow between them while SOUTHERNERS watch.
Where is the evil OBASANJO? Where is OBASANJO's OPEN LETTER to defiant BUHARI under this deliberate sectional nepotism and colonization of Nigeria by BUHARI? Where are the YORUBA wailers? Where is the Yoruba propaganda media under this offensive INJUSTICE?
Oh, the NORTHERNERS are born to rule and so whatever they do is a non-issue. What did GOODLUCK do before OBASANJO wrote open letters?
Buhari has now positioned the NORTH to SUBDUE the country for them do whatever they like. They will plunder the oil wealth and commit all sorts of atrocities and WE WILL NOT HEAR OF CORRUPTION.
IT IS CLEAR THAT NOTHING CAN BE ACHIEVED WITH THE NORTHERNERS UNDER A PEACEFULL ENVIRONMENT. NORTHERNERS ARE A SYMBOL OF IMPUNITY, PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE REGARDS FOR RULE OF LAW OR ANYBODY AND DO WHATEVER THEY LIKE
Shame to any Southerner who opens his or her mouth against NIGER DELTA AVENGERS.
LET ME BE CATEGORICALLY CLEAR HERE - IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PUT NIGERIA IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION WITHOUT NIGER DELTA AVENGERS
The earlier the SOUTHERNERS and most especially NIGER DELTANS come together to form a unified front with the NIGER DELTA AVENGERS, then we can take back what belong to us.
NIGERIA CANNOT BE RESTRUCTURED OR RESOURCE CONTROL TO THE NIGER DELTA PEOPLE without giving the NORTH a fight.

THE STRONGHOLD OF THE NORTHERNERS ON NIGERIA IS BECAUSE OF THE MARINE, OIL AND WEALTH AND THEY WILL NEVER GIVE IT UP WITHOUT THE FIGHT WHICH THE NIGER DELTA AVENGERS HAVE STARTED

SOUTHERNERS AND NIGER DELTA PEOPLE SHOULD WAKE UP....LETS SUFFER FOR ONCE AND ENJOY FOREVER

  48. The truth about the matter is resource control is not the answer, if we do not first eradicate corruption from our system. Federalism etc are all already in practice. It is the corruptibility of our leaders that causes, the perceived marginalization we complain about. The last electoral era saw so called political leaders like Tony Anenih and EK Clarke, retired conveniently just before the last battle.
They are wealthy from their piece of the corruption pie, but yet betrayed and denied our only minority president at the hour of most dire need. They gave all sorts of flimsy reasons but truthfully, in my perception, it was the shame that their greed and pursuit of personal wealth, that distracted them from the vision they claimed to champion; the well being of the communities and people they represented. They feel their acquired wealth which people covet and aspire to, are a satisfactory reward, but we have reached a precipice, the point at which, any selective endorsement of corruption should be discouraged and scourged from our society
Such men do not deserve to be called leaders, as they have done nothing but led us to politico-economic apocalypse while they have sequestered wealth, a birthright meant for the building of an entire nation in their bank accounts as an inheritance for their offspring to squander.

    1. You sound mischievous, crooked and a NORTHERNER else a coward Southerner. If Anenih and EK Clark ate from corruption pie, what pie did the NORTHERNERS and APC eat from.
We are talking of TRUE FISCAL FEDERALISM where each of the federating regions contribute by paying taxes to the Federal government.
The federalism in Nigeria now is a centralized Federal system (put together by NORTH through military rulership) where the revenue (Marine, Crude Oil & Gas money) is centrally collected by Abuja for sharing to the states.
Of course, this so because the NORTH knows the enormous resources of marine, Oil & Gas wealth and CONSPIRED to deprive the NIGER DELTA PEOPLE of this wealth using the instrument of government (centralised federal system).

It is clear you know nothing about corruption. The NORTHERN CONSPIRACY cum CENTRALISED FEDERAL SYSTEM is what is responsible for corruption. The NORTHERNERS are the mothers and fathers of corruption and impunity in NIGERIA.
Can you explain the DIFFERENCE between CORRUPTION and STEALING OR ROBBERY?
Just to indulge you of the intelligence of a NIGER DELTAN like me, corruption is a PROCESS while STEALING or ROBBERY or any other crime for that matter are ACTS.
This is the REASON corruption CANNOT be dealt with in the court of law because you cannot provide EVIDENCE for corruption. CORRUPTION is INTANGIBLE
BUHARI is wasting the time of Nigerians and destroying NIGERIA claiming to FIGHT corruption. HOW DO YOU FIGHT WHAT YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND.
WHO FUNDED BUHARI'S CAMPAIGN TO GET TO POWER? So the CORRUPTION lexicon is used by NORTHERNERS for taking power looking back to history.

NORTHERNERS are the foundation of CORRUPTION in NIGERIA because of the WEALTH FROM THE NIGER DELTA which they have vowed to plunder until it runs dry.

    2. You fail to understand my argument. Check my FB profile and see the direction of my discussions. Communism, socialism, democracy, dictatorship, Monarchy etc are all various forms of government, all of which were formed on a premise of justice, but have failed or succeeded in different Nations based on the Leadership an implementation. The agitation for the movement of Biafra followed human rights abuses, not because we were one country, but was inspired by an attempt of a selfish view of some members of one region to dominate the rest.
Since then, we have had several agitations to separate Nigeria into regions for years. This bitterness has inspired separatism, and tribalism that affects our leadership and economic choices. The names mentioned in my discussion are but a few of those who had the capacity to agitate for what is being fought for at the moment. They have been at the center for years, but at the end of the day, we know they have continued to get richer and more powerful, while the south continues to suffer more and more every day.
There are representatives of the Niger Delta/Biafra at the Nigerian Senate and National assembly. Are they not also condemning the bravery and vision of the Niger-Delta Avengers? Are they not supposed to be agitating for reforms that will emancipate the Niger delta from its suffering? But instead they are chopping from the 37Million Naira SUV's that were shared and other selfish welfares that come to them. Since the corrupt internal devaluation of the Naira, have they not been quiet?
Even Ben Murray Bruce has been trying to explain to us how the new CBN policy, which attempts to completely enslave the south, is a good thing. Is he not from the South-South? They have targeted him now for Tax evasion and he is now speaking plenty English. This is exactly what they have been doing for years. Our leaders attempt to curry favor and come to lie to us and confuse us. When they succeed, the so-called people they have helped to deceive us will now target them. Are we going to inherit this lack of principles when the Niger-Delta Nation emerges?
When the Niger-Delta gets its freedom, are these the kinds of leaders we want to direct our affairs? When the country splits, will they remain in Abuja or go home to their regions? Will the Ex-MEND militants not come back to the south-south to seek positions as recognized leaders? Will they not lobby their way to the leadership positions of these smaller countries? At the end of the day, will they not continue chopping as they have?
Buhari's anti corruption war is clearly prejudiced, and when I talk about fighting corruption, I make no reference to that whatsoever. I am talking about the Niger Delta seizing this great opportunity created by the bravery of the Niger Delta Avengers to complete the battle being fought, which is make sure when we are choosing leaders, (whether we remain one country or we break up into fragments) that standards are set for justice and equity, because it will be shameful, if after this struggle, the same corruptibility that saw our leaders betray us to the North in the past, will cause the Niger Delta state to fail as well.
Dear Mr. Anonymous I am not your enemy. Understand my context, before you insult me as a crooked "northerner or coward southerner". The North has subjugated the south, with the help of the selfishness of a few of our people and our selfish leadership in the Past. Part of the arguments even our brothers at the center make, is when benefits for example infrastructural development are proposed, our leaders negotiate to be the contractors and then steal the money. So they continue to call the people of the Niger-Delta the Authors of their own misfortune. The MEND, our previous political leaders have all fed fat from the loot by joining those who want to bring the south to its knees. We must act wisely otherwise, the failures of the future will be worse than the failures of the Past.
      GOD BLESS US ALL

  51. The Grazing Bill is a smoke screen by the Buhari led administration to Islamise Nigeria. It's all about strategy: if the Constitution can't help the Fulani Agenda, a Billing passed by the National Assembly will.
