On the 23rd September 2016, our strike team at 20:40PM hours time has brought down oil
productions activities at the Bonny 48 inches crude oil Export Line. This action is a signature to the over
dramatization of the so-called dialogue and negotiation process on the side of
President Muhammadu Buhari and his government.
Since,
the cessation of hostilities and the commitment of the PAN Niger Delta Elders and
stakeholders team, the Nigerian government and her agents are turning the
expectations of the Niger Delta to shameful scenes obtainable in Nollywood acts
and as well intimidations, blackmails and continuous profiling of Niger Delta
sons and daughters. This is only a wake up call; we may not have other way to
say it better.
We
are still in favour of the dialogue and negotiations but we are warning against
" the peace of our time! We want the peace with honour”. We will resist
all actions undermining the ceasefire from side of the government and it
security agents/ agencies. The world is watching, time is running against the
Nigerian state; while we were promised that the concerns of Niger Delta will be
addresses once a truce is declared, the activities of the government and her
agents are not assuring enough, there has been no progress and no breakthrough.
We cannot be continuously fooled, the government cannot justify the
indiscriminate targeting of Niger Delta youths while glorifying on these
victimization of law abiding citizens of the region

Since the government is not prepared to talk, we hope that the next stage of the conflict should be an escalation of hostilities that will result in heavy civilian casualties from both sides, starting from the oil workerd, because these oil workers apparently are ready to sacrifice their lives for Niger Delta petrol dollars.
So let them begin to pay the ultimate price for remaining there to work against their better judgment. By the time a hundred or more of them in their oil companies are wasted with bomb and rocket attacks both onshore and offshore, the rest of them will flee back to their respective lands and that will be the end of all oil production in the Niger Delta for the foreseeable future, until the rightful owners take possession of their natural resources and wealth according to the international laws and treaties signed by the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Then of course the cowardly Buratai who has been parading himself in the Niger Delta since the CEASEFIRE was declared will quickly run away from the battle field in the creeks back to his Command HQ in Abuja to "oversee" operations from the safety of his air-conditioned office (which may not even be safe at all, when the heat of the battle expands from the creeks to the cities) as a typical cowardly Nigerian soldier would do.
The thousands of Niger Deltan Squads waiting on the sidelines are just too eager join the struggle for the freedom of the Niger Delta Region that will NEVER be again be merged with any region for any reason whatsoever like the British has done against us these last 100 years.
We will go back to the way we were before the British Colonialist came to destabilize our land and enslave our people, prior to the existence of Nigeria or Biafra. All other regions that want out of Nigeria we will support and liaise with them to succeed, but will not merge with them.
They should form their own nation and we will form our own nation like we were before the arrival of the BRITISH to pollute our land with the evil of colonialism.

When another EMIR takes over from SANUSI, the field will be transferred to that new EMIR, and the cycle continues. Also, the SULTAN OF SOKOTO and ONI OF IFE have crude oil fields from which they get paid ROYALTY for what does not belong to them.

Congratulations on interdicting the Bonny 48 inch export line. I am a retired American engineer who worked in Nigeria for 3 years and still have an interest in the Delta. It is not clear to me which pipeline was interdicted. Much of the Bonny light crude flows through the TNP pipeline. Was this the line that was interdicted?

after their deliberations, Buhari told the Northern leaders that he will only allow Biafra to go on one condition, and that the condition according to him, is that the oil producing area of Niger Delta will be carved out and allowed to remain in Nigeria. Then, only the Igbo speaking states of South East will be allowed to go as Biafra.
Also, that all the national assets such as refineries, sea ports, airports, telecomm, etc, belonging to federal government, especially those located within the Biafran territory, must be completely sold off before the referendum will be allow to take place.
So, before the Biafra referendum will come, expect that all the critical assets of federal government within the Biafra territory are going to be sold off. This is the latest plan of Buhari.

Now, it's restructuring. Know this, restructuring cannot solve the problem even if the so called President is ready. Other was problem in the first republic; ethnic problem which led to the coup, there still would be. Our Allies; the Igbo want an exit out of Nigeria because they stated it during the national conference. They are determined. Even if there is a restructuring, we would still be creating that problem of difference with them. Don't make the same mistake Isaac Adaka Boro made. Be like us the ibibios, Philip Effiong stood for an independent state down to the end, and he was loved for that. Failure to declare October 1st has brought humiliation and shame on Niger deltans in other region in Nigeria. Don't let operation red economy be like common pipe line vandalism, it should be a military strategy our opponent can decipher because they are dull.
